Homemade Granola with Yoghurt Almonds and Mixed Berries is a quick and tasty breakfast for a great start to the day. I love eating this breakfast. It’s so delicious that it’s hard to believe that it’s healthy. I try to mix up the fruit that I use to garnish this breakfast dish depending on the season. Here in Italy from spring to autumn the markets start to be filled with all the different types of berries. It’s only natural that I top the dish with whatever berry is fresh and abundant. Kids get fascinated by the colour so it’s a great way to fool your dear ones into a nice and packed with goodness breakfast.

 

Granola with Yoghurt and Mixed Berries

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 5 tbsp homemade granola
  • 3 tbsp blueberry yoghurt
  • 6 blueberries
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1 tsp almond flakes
Instructions
  1. Put the natural yoghurt into the bottom of the glass.
  2. Add 3tbsp of granola.
  3. Sprinkle 3 blueberries and 3 raspberries over the granola.
  4. Pour the blueberry yoghurt over the berries.
  5. Add 1tbsp of granola.
  6. Add the remaining berries.
  7. Finish with the almonds
