Super Easy Homemade Granola

Super Easy Homemade Granola

Start the day with the Super Easy Homemade Granola

This Super Easy Homemade Granola really is a great way to start the day. This recipe is so easy to cook as it only takes 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes in the oven. What I love the most about preparing this dish is the aroma in the kitchen. To me, if health could have a smell, it would be Granola. The reason for this aroma is the variety of wholemeal grains I use such as; rolled oats, farro, barley and puffed amaranth but if you can’t get your hands on them you can easily just use oats. I’m very lucky as my local organic supermarket has a great selection of grains to choose from. Not only is this recipe super easy but it’s also very healthy as it doesn’t contain any sugar. I usually serve it with plain yoghurt and some fresh berries.
